"Canis Lupus" was made during a one month residency at the Vermont Studio Center. The wolves blend in with the snowy landscape, and the tiny buildings on their backs mimic their surroundings. The longer the wolves were left outdoors the more snow accumulated on their backs and the more the miniature buildings began to blend in and to disappear.
